Refund and Return Policy

All Items other than surfboards :

• Exchanges (only full price items) – Up to fourteen (14) days from date of purchase; and
• Refunds (onlyfull price items) - Up to fourteen (14) days from date of purchase

If your receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return your item/s withing fourteen (14) days with the proof of purchase, and the item/s in the same condition as you received them, and we will happily exchange your item/s.

We ship your exchanged item/s back to you for free but you’re responsible for the cost of shipping the items back.
